Welcome to All India Blood Donors Association (“Platform”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Platform Purpose

Our platform exists to:

• Support voluntary blood donation
• Help seekers find donors during emergencies
• Provide membership cards for organizational identity and activities

2. Membership Cards Offered

We issue different types of cards:

• Primary Membership (One-time access membership)
• Donor Card
• Volunteer Card (Virtual & Practical)
• Executive Membership Card
• Chief Executive Membership Card

All cards except Primary may require renewal for updates and continued validity.

3. Free Card & Renewal Eligibility

Donor card renewal may be free if:

• The donor donates blood through our platform or organization

If donation is not done through our platform, renewal may require payment.

4. User Responsibilities

Users must:

• Provide correct personal and health information
• Respond respectfully to requests
• Not misuse donor information
• Use the platform only for genuine blood needs

5. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel memberships/cards if:

• Fraud or false activity is detected
• Misconduct or non-cooperation occurs
• Platform rules are violated

6. Payment Terms

Payments made through the gateway are for:

• Card issuance
• Renewal services
• Membership support contributions

All payments are processed securely via authorized payment providers.
