Refund & Cancellation Policy

All payments made to All India Blood Donors Association are for membership card issuance and renewal services.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only if:
- Payment is successful but card service is not initiated
- Duplicate payment occurs
- Technical error from gateway side
Non-Refundable Cases
No refunds will be issued if:
- Card has already been dispatched or issued
- User violates platform policies
- Membership is suspended due to misconduct
- Renewal is missed or card expires naturally
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
