- Donation History & Eligibility Status
- Preferred or Associated Blood Banks
C. Detailed Location Data
- Country, State, and District
- Specific City / Place
- Local Body Details: Name of Panchayath, Municipality, or Corporation (crucial for hyper-local donor matching)
D. Blood Request & Patient Data (For Seekers)
- Patient Name & Surgery/Disease Condition
- Hospital Name, Location & Hospital ID/MRD Number (for verification)
- Required Blood Units & Timing
- Bystander Name & Contact Number
2. How We Use the Information
We use collected information only for:
- Connecting blood seekers with available donors
- Issuing membership, donor, volunteer, and executive cards
- Renewals, updates, and service improvements
- Verifying users and preventing misuse
- Platform communication and notifications
3. Donor Data Sharing Policy
We do not share donor personal information with any third party without donor consent.
Donor details are displayed only when:
- A verified user makes a blood request through the platform
- The request matches donor eligibility and availability
4. Data Security
We use secure systems and OTP-based authentication to protect user information. However, users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of their login access.
5. Membership Rules & Card Validity
Cards may be suspended, expired, or banned if:
- Member is unresponsive during emergencies
- Misbehavior or misuse of the platform
- Violation of terms or false information
